A complete turn-a-round
Date: 5/19/2006 11:23:11 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2120 times Day 4 was fab. Felt really good. I did alot of evacuating yesterday so that helped.
Skin is clearing up, taking its own sweet time. After doing an exfoliating scrub and facial steam on day 2, complexion is usually drier, flakier and generally bad looking but after 4 -7 days, starts looking better than before. So I'm at the point where I feel my face is on a mad one, having gone from bad to worse. Just gotta wait it out. Besides, the days just zoom by these days.
Did Oil swish, had my morning teas, pineapple, black grapes and a mango.
Multi-herb tea for kidneys, lymph and general healing, more pineapple and grapes.
For lunch, I had sweet & crispy salad with COOKED onion. That is a yummy change to raw plain/spring onion. Then a steamed turnip with more onion and 2 steamed eggs. Cayenne pepper and celery sea salt as seasoning.
In the evening, walked for quite a while from work to a bus stop in the area, having not ever gone that route and WANTING exercise at the same time. When I got to the bus stop, I looked up at the sky and saw a sight I haven't seen in god knows how long. It was a double-ended rainbow. It was so beautiful and I was in total awe.
