day 1-2
Mood - Content :)
Date: 5/16/2006 11:45:04 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1988 times After signing off yesterday, I went home to prepare steamed salmon and mixed veg (carrots, peas, broccoli and cauliflower from frozen) with plenty of dried parsley, garlic and dill, served and sprinkled with cayenne pepper and celery sea salt. Had a large cup of barley drink (roasted barley, rye and chicory from health shops) with cayenne, 30 mins beforehand. Can you tell I'm luvin the cayenne?
My energy elevated in the evening. There was alot of prancing around the house like I was high on life. When I say prancing, I mean dancing to my favourite music, not prancing around like a fairy granting wishes to the toaster. Then I settled down, enjoyed my dinner and watched Smallville (great ep!)
Day 2
Six to 7 hours of sleep later, I woke up feeling happy. I know I didn't wake from some beautiful dream so that was unusual. Felt a little dreary but that soon subsided. Proceeded to oil swish while taking a shower, brush teeth and mouthwash.
morning - 1Tbsp of ACV with warm water. Followed later by E, B, GG and CP (see 1st post) with tsp of lemon.
breakfast - a few kiwis and half a pineapple *drool*
a little later - handful of sweet black grapes
midday - cup of spiced multi-herb tea (see 1st post) I forgot to mention Celery Seed yesterday. I reckon it's because those pesky seeds have me crushing & grinding every time I make a cuppa. Still, it goes in the pot for my kidneys sake.
mid afternoon - several organic dried apricots and figs go down the hatch. Once you have organic apricots, you never go back.
One hour later - Meal time. Steamed 3 small potatoes and 1 turnip. Served with flaxseed oil drizzled on top. Took a bag of sweet & crispy salad (carrots, cabbage, lettuce) and mixed it with cayenne pepper and celery sea salt. Layered salad on top of veg. Took 5 chlorella tabs with meal.
5pm - That's a wrap for today. I plan to exfoliate with glycolic acid tonight (!) Update tomorrow.
