So we're back to Day 1.
::Woke Up::
8oz cran/water + 1 TBLS ground flaxseed
::30min later::
warm water + juice from 1 squeezed lemon + stevia
::15 min later::
16oz Carrot-Cucumber-Apple Juice + 1/2 tsp flaxseed oil
::2:30::
16oz Carrot-Parsley-Spinach Juice
::3:00::
4 oz Wheatgrass Shot
::8:00::
30 minutes on Elliptical Machine in TargetHeartRate Zone.
::10:00::
8oz of Smooth Moves Lax Tea
8oz Egyptian Licorice Tea
::Midnite::
Tried to stay up for Letterman, and Conan O'Brien, but couldn't keep my eyes open for the life of me! :(
All throughout the day I made sure to keep hydrated by drinking my cran-water. I read and took a small nap for an hour around 4pm (I NEVER nap!) I haven't had caffeine in 4 days and I'm finding myself going to sleep WAY earlier, as well as having difficulty finding strength for strenuous exercise and getting fatigued a lot easier. I'm a little bit of groggy in the morning while waking up, while is bizzare because usually I just pop right out of bed and I'm up!
Strange, I blame all this weirdness on the caffeine...
