Day 2 My Dad's 60th, Oops! Can't tell you too much about Day 2 other than I had an intense headache, was extremely irritable, and all I wanted to do was look through recipe books. Of course it got better throughout the day, but at around 5pm I had to break my fast. It was my father's 60th Birthday and there was no way I was NOT going to eat some pizza and have a slice of carrot cake.
