Yey! I weighed myself today and I came in at 125 lbs.
Date: 4/20/2006 4:11:34 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2667 times Yey! I weighed myself today and I came in at 125 lbs. That means; 1. I've lost 2lbs since yesterday and 2. I've finally reached my first goal weight. Today I will aim to do my yoga and 40 min brisk walking. I'll continue to drink black coffee, water and the chinese herbs. I might actually try drinking water with 4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to aid in the detoxifying.

UGW-105 lbs
Total lost 4lbs. It's slow progress but I'm getting there. My goal weights aren't that far from each other but it makes me continue to believe that I don't have that far to go.
20lbs to lose.
