Yey! I weighed myself today and I came in at 125 lbs.
Yey! I weighed myself today and I came in at 125 lbs. That means; 1. I’ve lost 2lbs since yesterday and 2. I’ve finally reached my first goal weight. Today I will aim to do my yoga and 40 min brisk walking. I’ll continue to drink black coffee, water and the chinese herbs. I might actually try drinking water with 4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to aid in the detoxifying.

I had alot of bowel movement throughout today
I had alot of bowel movement throughout today. I drank numerous cups of black coffee, 6 cups of the chinese herb tea and 2lit of water. I did eat after I drank all of those fluids so decided to do some intense working out for the rest of the evening. I slept for most of the afternoon but went for an hours walk as soon as I woke up. I’m going to do a little more working out; 1hr yoga, 1hr step arobics and 30 min rope jumping. My metabolism is quite slow and just means that I have to work twice as hard. Ok, i'm starting today as day 2 because yesterday I only lost 1/2 lbs.
Ok, i’m starting today as day 2 because yesterday I only lost 1/2 lbs. Today being Tuesday, I’m down 1lbs in total. I’m kinda disappointed because i thought I would lose a little more. I haven’t had much bowel movement lately and have read that taking a few cups of coffee a day will work as an enema. I’ve also started taking 3 cups of this chinese herbal slimming tea called tian tian. I drink it before I go to sleep. I hope this is ok. I was so motivated to start my water fast on Sunday. It started of well and after drinking my first 2Lit of water I ate.
I was so motivated to start my water fast on Sunday. It started of well and after drinking my first 2Lit of water I ate. I really hated myself for doing that. I desperately need tolerance. It’s really hard but it’s not stopping me from knowing that i can do this. Therefore, I’m going to give myself my final chance on this. Monday, 17th April will be the first day of my water fast. It’ll be the first day of the week so will be a new and fresh start. I will aim to do it for 2 weeks- until the end of the month.

24ILbs to Lose. Need to discipline myself with just taking water and not be tempted with my cravings. I’m serious about this so need to to be strict with myself. Whenever I crave for something I should remember that it was these thoughts and consuming food like this what made me like I am today... insecure, overweight and unable to fit back into my clothes.

Okay, it's exactly 1:45 am Sunday, the day my fast will start. I sleep pretty late so that's why I'm still up.
Okay, it’s exactly 1:45 am Sunday, the day my fast will start. I sleep pretty late so that’s why I’m still up. I can’t tell the difference between craving food or being hungry. I know that there are cakes in the kitchen and I just feel like wanting to eat them. I last ate at 5pm on Saturday which was approximately 9 hours ago. I just want to eat. I know I can’t and keep having second thoughts whether I should. I keep looking for things to motivate me, to keep disciplined. I guess the things which will motivate me is expressing how I feel on here by releasing my frustration.

I’m starting my water fast as of Sunday 16th April. I will weigh myself as soon as I get up in the morning.
My purpose for this fast is to get back down to the weight I was before, which was 110ILbs. I also want to cleanse/ spring clean my whole body and start with a new and healtheir me. I know that I will feel more confisent after doing this.
I’ve finally found a place where I can relate to people wanting and doing the same thing so I’d just like to wish everyone luck, my support and wishing you strength in getting through this.
