Serious detox symptoms

It's 4 AM and I need to get into work, but I wanted to chronicle my latest detox symptoms before I forget. I think I am now getting into some serious detox. This am I work up and felt a little off. I went into the bathroom to pee and was stretching, and noticed in the mirror, that my breast looked funny at the top, kind of puckered. I felt around a little bit, and felt a pea sized lump. It's never been there before. I think it could be a detox thing. I'm going to keep an eye on it. But it totally spooked me, since I have a family history of breast cancer. Then, as I was brushing my hair, I got tunnel vision. I tried to just breathe deeply, and relax a little. I'm on a tight schedule to be able to make juice and to get into work, so I pushed myself to the dryer to get some clean slothes for work, and I felt terrible nausea! I thought I was going to be sick. All that could possibly be in my stomach could be bile. I felt awful though. I went back into the bathroom, and started to feel cramps in my entire intestinal region, too. Nothing happened, and after a minute I started to feel a little better.
I was going to do green juice this morning, but could stomach it. I had a very mild apple/carrot instead, but could only manage to drink half a glass. I won't be home til after two, so I hope I make it though the day. I feel very low right now.
