Days 1-3
raw vegan juice fast day one two three
Date: 3/30/2006 8:32:09 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2244 times Day one went smoothly. I was pretty hungry and craved fat like avocados. I had green juice in the AM, and carrot fruit juice later in the day. I use a Breville juice fountain elite, by the way. I also drank a pitcher of water with lemon. My start weight was 149.
Day two also went well. I was still somewhat hungry, craving fruit. I had green juice again in the morning, and fruit/carrot blends later in the day. I drank even more water, most likely over 100 oz.
Day three was better. I had fewer food cravings. I had carrot apple juice for my am juice, a fruit blend later in the day, and for dinner my absolute favorite juice, pineapple and ginger! I had a good amount of energy. Slept well, and feeling light detox symptoms. I had a little bit of constipation, but I think that is because I have no fiber in my system. I am think I might do a salt water flush in the morning. I did the master cleanse for a few days a few years ago, though, and really hate the salt water flush. I am kind of scared of enemas, but it might be preferable. I don't want to take a laxative tea, because they aren't raw.
