Sorry for the delay; MASS mucous; how to break the fast?

I've been REALLY busy with work and hobbies and such, that I pretty much forgot I was fasting, until today. Which is GREAT!
I've been able to GO GO GO all day and never tire.
Since at least Friday, I've had A LOT of yucky stuff come up. I'm not one to get sick very often, and I never have mucous, but this last few days, I've hacked up GALLONS of mucous every day! I know it's gross, sorry, but I know it's just my body getting rid of some DEEP down crap that needed to get expelled, and it needed to get it out NOW!
I'm ok with that. I just keep up with liquids and I'm ok.
So, it's been officially 4 weeks since I've eaten! Wow how crazy would that sound to the average person. If someone who wasn't experienced with fasting were to see that, they'd probably call the loony bin! Thats why I don't tell anyone when I'm fasting.
Not a single one of my friends knows. None of my coworkers, no aquantinances, no buddies, NOBODY! Just you guys. And of course my family, but I never told the I was fasting, they just assumed it since I hadn't eaten in a month, LOL!
Since friday, I haven't had more than 2 glasses of juice per day, and some days not even that. I just haven't had any cravings.
I have had to buy an enema bag, since not drinking any juice, and not having FEN-LB pills make for a dangerous buildup of waste in my intestines. I've used it twice, of course with cold water. I don't really like them, but if I want to keep fasting and not hurt myself, I'll have to bite the bullet. I can't do epsom salt flushes every day.
I hope everyone else fasting is having a blast too!
I'm really not even looking forewards to eating anymore. I like the idea of not spending any money on food, most of which goes down the toilet anyways. I like not being affected by improper food combinations, and a non-perfect diet. I like the simplicitcy of a non-eating life, and I like the greatly increased time I have each day.
I don't even know how I will be starting to eat again, I guess i'll figure it out soon. I want to be able to participate in my families easter day feast, since easter will be my first day back at food. This could be BAD, as my body will NOT be used to the food they will be cooking. I know it'll HURT if I just eat what I want.
I'm thinking I will start eating one kind of fresh fruit per day starting on the Monday before easter, and continue that until Thursday-Saturday. On Easter morning I will have fruit, then raw salad, or nut butters for lunch. Dinner I will eat the feast with my family. I won't be able to eat their meat, but hopefully I can pick through things and get by. It's not optimal, but I'll try anyways. It means so much to my family.
What do you all think about that plan? I've never been good at breaking fasts. I always end up eating my craving foods too quickly and get a stomachache. I'd really appreciate some advice!
