I have http://www.godsherbs.com 12-week in depth herbal detox program (tinctures 3x day, every 8 hours; my opinion THE best on the market; the creator is brilliant, check out the book The Detox Miracle Sourcebook by Dr Robert Morse)

My question is I am ready to start the OJ fast, with herbals and extra silica (I have tendon/ligament injuries and scoliosis), and my only concern is (I intellectualize things way to much, like OCD, sometimes a bad thing )

-the cries of people who say the OJ/Master Cleanser citrus based juice fasting will erode your teeth and has that affected you in 40+ days of OJ fasting, if so how, if not, how did you counteract this - my idea was to drink 1+ gallon of distilled water per day and brush my teeth 2-3 times very thoroughly

-my only other concern was that 8 oranges give ZERO sodium... is this irrelevant, and if so, does Biological Transmutation save the day, ala potassium into sodium, etc.

I was thinking about juicing 2lbs of grapes per day, ala Bradnt grape cure, but there is almost no electrolyte minerals except a bit of potassium (barely any calcium, sodium, mag)
