night prep for day 1 tomorrow

night time prep before the big start tomorrow. i will cleanse myself out tonight and start anew for the am. the big nightmare tonight will be dreaming about stepping on the scale tomorrow!!!!! yikes

i will officially start in the morning since it is 1032pm. tonight i am going to have an enema to cleanse my system and drink a glass of smooth moves tea tonight before i go to sleep. i will weigh myself in the am so i will know exactly where i am--i am guessing it is around a 30 lb wt. gain but to be honest i am terrified of stepping on the scales. i know it will greatly depress me for the day. i hate being fat, and i hate seeing the high numbers on the scale. but i have to start and there is no better time than now. see you in the morning.
