Day 6

Cigarette cravings came today

Day 6 has been easy going and restful. I had 6 juice drinks today. I didn't drink enough water and did not have any of the master cleanse formula. I had 3 bms and am feeling very light and energetic. I didn't get out of the house today because I was babysitting my little guy and it was snowing here in drab ol Utah. I took some P&B shake and some more parasite cleansing pills( I take them everyday). I had a good chat with my friend and he commented that I sounded relaxed. I told him I was Naturally HIGH. I have had some bad cravings for smokes today though. No idea why today. I am still dreaming of Wendy's cheeseburgers in vivid detail. I had another veggie broth tonight and that took the edge off but I am still dying to eat. I hope this weeked passes and Monday I can look at food and shrug. Liver cleanse is coming up and I had a solid amount of Olive oil with my broth to get the bile juices flowing.
