Well I finished the liver cleanse today and I feel it was quite successful. I passed around 300 stones I believe. I had some intense cigarette cravings today along with big time hunger. I am desperately looking forward to when I have no more hunger pangs. I didn't juice much today as I was just too tired from the liver cleanse. I just chilled out and did homework. I'm glad Im done with the first quarter of the fast and ready to see some exciting healings in week 2.
