Day 3 of the insane cleanse

I got some good sleep last night. I had a good experience with the wheat grass enema. It cleaned me out pretty good. I want to have 5 juices today. Right now I'm sitting at 1. I have lost 5 pounds so far bringing me down to 209. I feel much more limber and athletic just shedding those 5 lbs. Cant wait to see how it feels when I am under 200. Food still is looking pretty good but I hope Day 4 will put an end to that. Dazzle says that it takes 3-4 days for your digestive system to shut down. That will be nice to have no hunger pains. I still have no desire to smoke and I think I have really kicked the habit. I am preparing for my liver flush that I will do on Sunday, day 7. I picked up some bentonite for the parasites and have been taking every 2-3 hours. I am going to be juicing a lot of wheat grass and adding a bit of olive oil to something so that I can get the bile moving. My face had a small amount of acne today but not much. I feel really good. I am going to the steam room for sure followed by some light excercise. I'll post tonight after I take some pics.
