Yeah, my Day Two on the 30 day juice fast about killed me. I was sooooo bloody hungry, it was painful. Day three wasn't too bad, but I still had my moments of gnawing my knuckles. Day Four was pretty good. And I've been great since, with no hunger pangs... though there are some times I'd like to eat one of my mouthwatering cheeseburgers, usually when I am making one for my husband. I do miss my salmon... Sometimes I just want to CHEW... LOL... I actually thought about getting some of those rawhide strips, LOL, for when I need to bite down or chew something. Funny. But, yeah, the pain goes away in about 3 or 4 days. But that's only if you eat absolutely NOTHING solid in those days. If all you're doing is drinking, then you're almost homefree.
I find it amazing that you're having no nicotine cravings. How long have you been smoking? Have you tried to quit before or is this your first time? Does your girlfriend smoke cigs, too? I wonder if the Master Cleanse has anything to do with it. I'm still battling the cravings. It must be psychological.
Anyway, keep up the great work. Isn't it just terrific to feel so good? It's only going to get better.
