Feeling great, loving fruit!!

"Normal" will not be the old normal me- because that's what got me to feeling so mushy! I've just been eating fruits and veggies the past two days and am very satisfied. Tonight I made a blackeyed pea soup, which was delicious! I had a feast last night with cherries, a kiwi, an orange and an artichoke. I was SO SATISFIED! The foods taste so rich after I haven't had any other processed or artificially flavored foods cross my tongue. I just need to keep planning out my meals each week and really being thoughtful of having good foods around.
I haven't got back on the scale because I'm afraid of the numbers really discouraging me. I still feel great and am wearing the smaller clothes. It's inevitable that I would gain at least 2-3 pounds just from eating again. But even seeing those numbers would upset me! I've received lots of compliments lately- "What are you doing? You look great!". I'm just going to keep eating well, which is easy right now because I'm not craving junk. I don't want to incorporate it back in either cause then I'll bring back the cravings too!
Finally today I had my first BM after coming off the cleanse. I was getting worried and was steeping some laxative tea this morning when it finally happened! I happily poured that disgusting tea down the drain! So glad my body is functioning in that way again!
I feel I've become a walking advertisement now for the cleanse. At least 4 other people have started the cleanse now that I've told them about it. I just feel so great and look so much better that it's hard not to talk about it with others.
I'm sure I will do it again sometime this year or when I'm feeling yucky again (after eating unhealthily). I still need to get back into exercising hard core again. I've still just done pilates and yoga, nothing too strenuous yet. I've got the energy for sure, but just haven't scheduled it into my evenings.
