Liver flush ABANDONED!
Unexpected migraine and vomiting derail my evening

By the time for my 2nd dose at 8pm, the nasty migraine had taken over. I couldn't think. I couldn't speak. I could barely move. There was a lightning bolt piercing the entire right hemisphere of my brain and nothing else existed.
I decided to try to push on...went to the kitchen to take the 2nd dose, and promptly vomited. Now, I tend to experience nausea fairly often, due to allergies and often digestion problems I attribute to belly fat, but to actually toss my cookies? That rarely happens. Well, since I quit drinking, anyway ;)
And then I sicked up again!
Ugh. Really, the taste of the epsom salt mixture wasn't too horrible.
So I'm trying to figure out what went wrong. First of all, why the migraine?
I'm thinking it was the handful of Wheat Thins last night, after weeks of being of wheat totally. If I was going to eat the stuff, I could have eaten the whole wheat bread with three or four ingredients, all pronounceable, instead of the evil processed crap. Made by elves, right? EVIL elves that would like nothing better than to decimate the entire human race so they can have the planet to themselves and dance on our fat corpses!
The nausea was probably induced by the migraine, possibly induced by drinking all that frigging apple juice. I shoulda known that would be trouble.
Screw the liver flush for now. I do feel better, so on to the master cleanse in the morning. We'll see how I'm feeling at the end of the fast, and maybe I'll try it again next weekend.
