i was really amazed that you were going back on the mc i had a sense that you were really happy after you finished the last cleanse and then all of a sudden you were back for more. i just couldnt figure it out but it all makes sense now. i am so happy for you that you realised it wasnt right. congrats. i too am realising that i have to change my whole way of lifestyle to maintain a healthy weight. this fast is just the kick start i needed. i hope you have a wonderful 35th birthday and i am sure you will look smashing no matter what the scale says.
