Day 1 begins...

Good morning everyone! Today is the first day of my 31 day MC. I woke up with a sore throat and headache, but got my tea down at 5 a.m. Cooked breakfast for hubby (special treat) and then logged on here. Need to continually commit to myself and others. Once I make it past the first week, I'll no longer start to put food in my mouth without thinking....

The scale showed a bit higher this morning (237.5), but I'll be using 235 lbs as my starting weight. I've been hovering there for a while. I'm sure I'm just retaining extra water this morning, and it'll be gone soon...

I'm very excited about getting "back on the wagon" because I always feel so good when I'm on an MC. Can't wait to get this first week behind me, but also want to enjoy the process.
