Day 4 WEIGH IN
Feeling good but 16 more days seems like a really long time!

I had the day from hell - my dog is sick and I was up all night having to keep take her outside. I had no time to log until now. Plus side I was so busy I did not think about eating. Although I did cheat - 2 cups of coffee with a splash of cream. I could not stay awake at work and needed something to get me going. The coffee was delicious - smelled, tasted so good. I really enjoyed it I will not tell a lie. I worked a 12 hours today, came home cleaned up dog sh*t and ran to gym before it closed. I only got a one hour workout in but I guess it is better then nothing. Well drum roll please - I lost 2.5 lbs. Which is great. I am now down 5.5 lbs in four days. I am trying to be optimistic here - notice the "this is great" but honestly I am disappointed on some level. I mean come on people I just got done watching biggest loser and these people are losing 20 lbs a week. I am not eating, exercising, working all day and still only 5.5 lbs in four days - ugggghhhhhh. I will take it though. I keep trying to tell myself it is 5.5 lbs I did not have on me four days ago. I hope by the end of the week to be down ten. I am feeling good and felt energetic indeed during my workout - may have been the coffee high I was on. I am praying I do this. I was happy on one level for the people on BIGGEST LOSER tonight, they all did so well. But on another level I was jealous. It has taken me over a year to get where they are and I am still not there. Am I sick or what?
