Meridian tapping 17 Mar 2006

DS14 had a painful knee and he was limping around. So we began tapping. It took about 4 rounds and the pain was gone except when he did something like the chair pose.

I visited PM house today to do some yoga with her one on one. We did some breathing and stretching and then some tapping too. Not able to get the head pounding down below about a 3. But she is still having success at becoming more relaxed when she taps several times a day.
