Why oh why?? 

WHY:

1) do banks charge when an account has " insufficient funds"

2) did Kamikaze pilots have to wear helmets?

3) is it that all bubbles are clear, even when produced by colored bubble soaps?

4) is it that most people, want to keep their house as hot as it was in the previous summer, which they complained about the heat?

5) do they insist on using sterilized needles on death by lethal injection inmates?

6) do you never hear "Father in Law" jokes?

7) do people sit for long periods of times looking at the dead end or bridge out signs?

8) do people believe you when you tell them about some made up story, but still have to touch the wet paint after you say not to?

9) do they put an up and down button on an elevator that only goes between two floors?   { Like the mall where it is either up or down...  Push the button it only goes one place... DUH!! }
