More to the point of life: "What ever can happen, will happen, and usually does...." So be prepared, the Boy Scout Motto...
A quote I learned in My tenth grade Service English Class, from a fine teacher Ms. May Bell Smith; " These are the times that try men's souls, and these are the times that they will rise to preform miricles..." This is a true statement.. There are some things in life, we can but our money on so to spesk....
Our day to day life is full of so much fluff, concerns about things, that don't really matter... When life is good we think only about ourselves... It eeks me to see us waste so much time on frivolous pursuites... You should make a list of such, then stop and think how could I do something better.. be Life is about living and loving your fellow man.... { The use of man refers to mankind}
These people drove as far as they could, some close to a thousand miles, to escape the hurricane, hoping to return soon, but now have no where to go back to... Some of these people are now stranded, in a county park, just down the road from my house.... We have started a local relief program to get food and clothing and personal needs met for these people....
A personal motto I have acquired over the years, that could be used by us all is: "How can I make this {where ever you are} a better place for my having been there??" We are all given opportunities to assist others... Every day the Good Lord, lets me wake up, is another opportunity to help those placed in my pathway....
Learn to help those placed in your pathway that are in need now; since all the whys will be answered later, friend.....
