Huh it started as a blog, then became a poem- ??

we must remember that the person who is ill is in control and that we
are not to remove the illness but change the scene. I was having
difficulty with this, this past week because a dear friend of our died
of cancer a few days before Christmas and it was hard to see him pass,

And I am thinking of my Mom who transited many years ago, and how I wdid not process that pain at the time of the passing. I alos (himdsight) began to see the connection between her passing and my divorcing my husband of a couple of decades. The story is complicated, but the dynamics simple.
I jettisoned all that was causing pain and problems in my life over a two year period beween mid to late 30's. Not to say that my Mom caused me pain-- Her passing caused the pain.
I miss her very much this Holiday Season, and kinda put some energetic feelers out there for her...it's been some time but if the Ovasoul is correct then she is still waiting to reincarnate. Didn't come back with much but my own internal part of that is her- which may be exactly what I am searching for.
I am getting that the clogging of the emotional body by not moving emotional energy causes the slowness called depression...And although Kundalini is great for keeping all the energy moving- the thoughts of attachment alos bring this slowing of energy- But rather than avoid this or fix it by energetic practices-I think I will let my heart moog around in it for a while and see what comes up.
