I had some Ethiopian (vegan) food last night and after being raw for almost a year an occasional meal like that does wonders for my psyche. I have been craving some comfort food and felt that was a pretty good choice. Now I can freely go back to eating all raw. Next week I will start phasing out nuts. I will try to eat nuts only at one meal (of the two) and more juice! I am drinking wheat grass juice every day... will try to do it every day, it's a great alkalizer and overall system sanitizer. Haven't been too successful with meditation, will try to be more resolute with that.
