phasing out dinner, adding more supplements and more meditation to prepare my body and spirit for the fast, Shaktipat in brief
Date: 3/29/2005 12:36:53 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2461 times I am gradually phasing out dinner. I had a glass or two of raw nut milk and an orange or two. Both are watery and I believe pretty easy on the digestive tract. I will try and decrease that amount as well. Researching minerals to take while fasting, Irridium-77 apparently helps one to connect with higher realms of consciousness.
Yesterday I underwent another Shaktipat initiation, where an awakened Kundalini teacher tries to awaken/clear the passage of Kundalini/Shakti energy in one's body.
He only pressed on my third eye this time and I started feeling a deepening in that area as well as a hint of a blue flame. Apparently my Kundalini energy, residing below the base of the spine in our subtle body, has been awake for quite some time. It is now up to me to feed the Kundalini.
The "fuzzy" electrically charged screen of my closed eyes once again regained structure, I began seeing beautiful geometric paterns, morphing and dissipating as well as a general whirling. This I noticed at first four days ago on a full moon listening to the rhythmic drumming of a sacred dance ritual. Same happened after Shaktipat and I was able to sustain this until I fell asleep that night. This is a common experience when using psychadelics, however, I have been pure of any such substance, including alcohol and caffeine, for a number of months now.
I am also making a commitment to meditate 15 minutes every day and gradually increasing that time.
