Part of a Sadhana- Morning Meditation

Here is a translation of one of the chants for Sadhana-(morning meditation) done at 3am-6am (yes!) the amrit veloso/ ambrosial hours when the window to the other worlds is still open. It is a beautiful chant!

Kar Yantee Creative Self
Jag Dut Patee All that is creative through time
Aadak It Waahaa All that is the Great One
Brahmaadeh Tresha Guru Three aspects of God: Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh
It Wahe Guru That is Wahe Guru.


Chanting this mantra strengthens the relationship between your
individual consciousness and the universal consciousness. God is
in you, and God is in everyone.
