ISBN 0-671-66084-5 (to get hold of the book and fill the questions are the efforts that give you in return gift that could cost 149USD)

Kindly fill a blank paper with the questions numbers than answer the questions as honest as possible with yourself (about 10-15n minutes), sum it according to the instructions in page 37 – even before you get the valuable information from me you’ll gain valuable information from that book.
