I do not use soy product or canned product,
since both are very toxic.
Also do not use soy oil , canola oil, vegetable oil, etc..
I use coconut oil as a butter subtitute and most generally
use oleic sunflower oil or olive oil under other circumstances,
or sesame oil.
for *milks* I quick blend coconut, banana, oatmeal, *milks* or even fruit milks.
be sure to look at TIPS, it give a great tip for egg substitution
if you want to make a cake using bananas or applesauce.
please NEVER use nonstick spray starches or margarines of any kind
(they are basically pure plastic.)
For flours I tend to use oatmeal flour, barley or rice flour
Also NEVER eat peanuts in ANY form !
Just use common sense, leave out the bad stuff, and let your imagination
and experimentation flow.
and be sure to write down what YOU do ,
so you can alter things til you get a recipe that suits you!
Xylitol and Stevia are great sugar substitutes as are Dates,
and Raw organic honey.
I found a great *icecream* recipe somewhere else,
That used fresh strawberries and bananas.
slice bananas, and freeze with strawberries.
when frozen, blend /puree in blender,
and serve as is, or refreeze and keep adding puree *ice cream* to it
then whenever you want a creamy texture dessert,
scoop out yourself a nice bowl and enjoy.
Use your common sense and substitute or leave out unhealthy ingredients
where applicable.
I found of special note the seemingly easy breads and muffins,
oatmeal crisps etc,
most of which use no oil or very little and no yeast,
some wonderful ideas here to play off of and experiment on your own.
Enjoy.
Love,
Ami Joi Benton
