Well I DID lose weight today! I weighed myself and I am at 192lbs. Four days ago I was 196.5 lbs. But I did a mistake and I ate some noodle soup at lunch. I don't know why I did it, just that the lady cooked it and it was too spicy for her and so was just going to throw it away and I didn't want it wasted. I'm not going to weigh myself tomorrow incase I gained because of this setback. I'm not too disappointed eating the noodles because I wanted to (no self control!) but I AM disappointed at not stopping when I was full or when it stopped tasting good.

1 orange, 1 apple

Spicy noodle soup

Pistachios, sunflower seeds, raw cashew, berries

celery and carrots with hummus (cooked unfortunately but every ingredient is organic)

Banana nut and cashew cookie snacks (all raw and organic)

We went to two wholefood organic stores and the first one was really dinky but we got the raw snack, flax seed, hummus, and almond butter.

The second one was HUGE and had such a variety of food (and other stuff), very upscale but it didn't have anything raw except for salads and I'm sick of just eating veggies and fruits. I wanted pre-made raw dishes but it wasn't availabe here.

I was looking through some raw dishes recipes and some of the salads looked SO BORING. I took a sample of almond butter and the first thing that popped in my head was "BORING". There was beet slaw and all this other crap. It just looked so bland and BBBBOOOOORRRRRIIIINNNNNGGGGG.

I'm glad I lost weight but it's getting harder.

Exercise:
30 minutes walking
15 minutes biking
Lifted weights in both legs AND arms.

Not enough WATER AS USUAL!!!
