Dinner:
1/2 portion of rice with fried chicken, fried pork, and fried spring rolls.
mung bean in coconut drink
Slice of carrot cake

exercise:
30 minutes on bike
weights on quads, ham, quads - ham - calves, inner & outter thighs.
How I feel:
Up until I ate the last part of my quizno sandwich (hence the LARGE) I felt great. It wasn't too heavy of a lunch and I had already eaten 2 delicious apples. Even though I ate that last part of the sandwich, I should've stopped there. But I went to Phuoc and ordered a heapin' dinner and THANK GOD I only ate half (or a little more) of the meal. I think I would've been sick if I ate the whole thing. The carrot cake was actually eaten before dinner and it wasn't even that good! I'm happy I exercised this morning. My thighs were BURNING on the bike. I think I could've done better or more but you have to start somewhere.
I just saw Faith Evans new video. SHE LOOKS AWESOME!!! Does anyone remember her when she was Biggie's wife? She was huge and look how beautiful she is now (even though she beautiful then too ::smiles::). Congrats to Faith Evans and her personal trainer and personal cook and all good things that come with being a star*
