Introduction to me and my goals and my first day of juice fast.
Date: 2/13/2005 5:20:10 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1829 times I woke up today and weighed myself. I am .5 lbs. away from being 200; it's the highest weight I've ever seen on an empty stomach. The most weight I've ever seen on the scale was 201.5 lbs. but that was after a whole day of shoving food down my throat.
I could've gotten depressed about this but it only pushed me harder to start my fast today. Why today? Because last night I was looking through curezone.com for information on psoriasis. I read a page that said I have to go through a parasite, bowel, kidney, and liver cleanse. I got through the first one (the parasite cleanse) and there were pictures of what a parasite looked like and pictures of people who had parasites inside their body. I probalby vomited just a little.
Well just thinking about having all those ugly disgusting creatures inside my body made me want to get rid of them and all sorts of other toxins. Weight loss would be an added bonus and getting rid of all my psoriasis would be awesome.
So, for an undisclosed amount of time, I would like to start a juice fast. I say "undisclosed" because I don't want to have a set goal until I get fully started incase I fall back into my old habits and start eating again. I want to start with a bowel cleanse (because I have to wait to get the parasite cleanse), and in the meantime take my vitamins and drink lots of water, juice, and vegetable broth.
Then I want to get started on the parasite cleanse and get rid of all that crap. Being on the juice, water, and vegetable broth fast will start my kidney cleanse. There's also the Master Cleanse that I would like to try.
Last of all I want to accomplish the liver cleanse and get rid of all the stones inside my liver and gallbladder. Amidst all of this I want to exercise, take my vitamins, and be able to eliminate waste almost everyday.
After my juice fast I'd like to start eating healthier and with more raw food and vegetables and fruits.
This blog is to allow me to track my progress and see what I have to do next. Wish me luck!
