Lifted weights a little. (quads, inner & outter thighs)

1 1/2 oranges
1 rice cake
3 bowls of rice with egg, chicken, veggies
popcorn
2 chocolate chip cookies
handful of chips
microwave enchiladas.

2 d. pills.
