Time goes by so slow!
Date: 3/7/2005 1:40:08 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1593 times Time seems to go by so slow when you're on raw. The day just seems to last and last. But when I look at the dates on all of my blogs, a few have gone by even though it felt like I just started writing yesterday!
I'm not 100% raw. I'll prbably crack and eat some chicken or fish and I know I've been eating popcorn, peanut butter and cream cheese. But other than that, it's been nothing but veggies, fruits, and nuts. I haven't weighed myself but judging from the big bloatedness of my stomach, I haven't loss any weight yet.
I'm having a problem with drinking water. I never drink enough! It's not til the end of the day when I'm writing in here that I realize I need to drink more.
How I feel:
I'm walking better on my left foot. Sometimes it's sore and tight, sometime's it's walkable. I better get well soon if I'm going to start serving in less than a week. Sometimes my foot feels so fatigued that I sit down a lot; I can't be doing that at work!
Today I had an apple, lots of celery with peanut butter and cream cheese, carrots, and nuts and berries.
No exercise.
I had a craving for french fries that just wouldn't go away. So I picked at some sunflower seeds and kinda "resented" that I am trying to go raw. I miss all that bad food sometimes. It sucks but you gotta start somewhere. I was really tempted to go out and get some McDonald fries. Or Jack in the Box.
