Pascalite clay was first used by Indians in the Big Horn Mountains
It was used for its curative nature and drawing properties,
to draw out toxins,
esp in cases of venomous bites from spiders to snakes.
The Clay was named Pascalite after a French- Canadian trapper,
Emile Pascale
There is a great variety of uses for this most wonderful clay,
from cosmetic, to detoxing, to rejuvenating and softening,
internally and externally.
One of our own Curezone Team Members, has a wonderful post
on our magnetic clay bath forum, that is outstanding
(in my opinion.) about the many properties of pascalite,
Rudenski's Post , I feel is of great value in helping deepening
one's understanding of so many of pascalites' benefits.

I would like to add here, that cilantro and mung beans are excellent heavy metal removers as well. (you can grow sprouts of these very easily: see my Qi (Chi) Pig blog for how to grow sprouts easily , directions, and where to buy good supplies and tips.

MAGNETIC CLAY BATH
One of the more common uses (currently) is in the detox useage of
Magnetic Clay Bathes.
Rudi outlined most fantastically the easy to follow pattern
of the proper way to take a magnetic clay bath ,
to remove heavy metals from the body.
Rudi's Method I feel is one of the best I have seen.
My only added suggestion to his post would be, in the clean-up,
to perhaps consider using a dustpan to scrape it up from the tub afterwards. (the residue).
Since I do not have a tub to use, (only showers),
I have used pascalite in foot and shin detoxes,
by using a wide shin high pail that both legs can fit into.
This worked out extremely well for me.
WHERE TO BUY
There are numerous places one can buy the clay from.
Shirleys Wellness Cafe has a reasonable price, and ships fast.
I have found them to be a good quality resource for my purchases,
and also they offer many other health and spiritual links
you may wish to to peruse them as well.
OTHER TIPS
Another interesting use of pascalite is as a toothpaste.
you may apply it directly onto your toothbrush,
or mix 1/2 teaspoon to a small amt of water,
brush teeth well, and rinse.
You may also consider using it as a deodorant,
by applying it dry to feet and underarms.
Many people have found that esp in autistic persons,
the cause can often be traced to high metal content.
pascalite bathes can assist in this way greatly.
also there are many detoxing natural sources that assist
in removing heavy metals, such as cilantro.
(buy in grocery fresh foods dept)
We have a forum here at Curezone,
Magnetic Clay Bath Forum is a place well worth reading
thru the older posts there for a multitude of experiences.
EXTERNAL USE
I have found that when i use the clay on my hands and skin,
as a paste for about 15-20 minutes,
my skin texture is greatly softened
If you apply it to face, PLEASE leave it on only about 5-10 min.
It tends to leave skin a bright red when you wash it off at first,
this is normal, because of the drawing property.
but I do remember one poor gal ,
that overused it on her face, for an hour! 3 days in succession!
she was beet red for many days afterwards.
Please use pascalite responsibly.
use on face maybe once a week:
first wash face using warm water to open poors
(never use hot water on face)
then apply a thin paste of pascalite and leave 5-10 min to dry.
gently rinse off with warm water,
then splash cold water on to close pores.
wait til face is dry, then apply a thin film of good oil
to lock in moisture: such as almond oil , jojoba oil,
sesame oil , olive oil, emu oil,
whatever you normally use.
Many folks have found that applying a paste of pascalite
onto scalp, and also psoriasis areas: even heavy build up
on elbows, knees etc has greatly helped in treating these problems.
it can get messy in hair *laugh* just rinse ALOT!
It is esp a good thing to consider using it on head,
if you have used a great deal of chemicals on hair.
This will assist in removing built up toxins there.
