You can repeat this three to four times. Upper body stretches are done by standing facing a corner with your hands pressed flat against the wall, place one foot in front in front of the other, bend your knee as you lean into the wall and then exhale as you lean your body closer to the wall. During the entire exercise you are to keep your back as straight as possible.
To complete the arm across chest stretch lift your arm to shoulder level in front of you, while keeping your forearm facing towards the floor, grasp the other arm and then pull it across your chest.
