Hippocrates, called 'the father of the healing art.' also said, 'If you want to be well, get a goat and live on the south side of the mountain.'"[1]
Jensen continued saying: "In the mid 1800s, there were over 400 so called 'whey houses' in Western Europe that offered their services in the cure of disease. Treatment consisted of having the patient drink up to a quart-and-a-half of whey per day, for ailments ranging from arthritis to liver disturbances. ..."

The clabbering of raw milk allows for a predigestion process that can also support "the cure" (especially given that the "milk cure" is another nutrition therapy approach). When the milk clabbers the whey separates from the milk solids and can easily be poured off.
