The Wizards Curtain Has Been Pulled Away!
Food Manufacturers May Be Wizards but Nutrition Is Not Wizardry!
Date: 3/18/2016 10:18:08 AM ( 8 y ) ... viewed 1461 times Just received an invite from a LinkedIn member who has a "medical meal" business who said they had looked at my profile and decided to contact me to be of service. I looked at their page and website which included references to "The China Study",
McDougall and others that I recognized were dated myths.[1]
I responded asking what they thought of the nutrition idea that is advocated by the Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF). I asked that because I mention WAPF about four times in my Linked in Profile! (I wonder if they even saw that.)
The idea that "low fat" is healthy is essentially dead even though food manufacturers still have plenty of business for their low-fat products. At least one whole entire generation of people have been conditioned by the old myths into believing that low fat is healthier than healthy fat. By blindly following the hype and hysteria these people are missing vital fat-soluble activators required for nutrient assimilation. I find it astonishing that a recent businessman is promoting "medical meals" (meals that a doctor can prescribe for health conditions) and apparently does not know that it's been over a decade now since the curtain has been pulled away from the booming voiced "wizards" of low-fat diet dictocrats![1]
I will see if he responds to my inquiry. This may be continued!
