Now she discovers other challenges in the "new" environment and says: "which is worse?" I can't help but wonder: Is there any meaning to this?
IMO - one way or another we will have to "resolve" our relationships with our "environment". If "transplanting" supports us in dealing with our environment then God Bless that! However, from this blog-writer's perspective he can see that the unconscious is truly the first "environment" and it is the Inner Environment that needs to be at least acknowledged and ideally made peace with in order to resolve issues with the external environment.
This blog-writer had a trinity of epiphanies about this.
First "epiphany" - this blog-writer is an emotionally-defined Individual and he makes no apologies about that, even if he were to be "crucified" as a consequence (and sometimes he has been! ; ~ ) What's more he is especially defined with two additional "Motors": his generating Sacral Center plus his Heart Center that together form what may be referred to as his core definition that is connected with his Throat Center! There is no way that he can "side step" around the generating emotional manifesting capacity of his Human Design Mechanics! He invites people and most especially those who choose to live with him to get to know his mechanics and to understand how he is defined and then to not take his manifestations of triple-powered emotional generating personally! That is why he advocates adopting the Four Agreements!
Second "epiphany" led him to: "The Fundamental Social Law: Rudolf Steiner on the Work of the Individual and the Spirit of Community"[1] while searching for an authoritative source for this:
"The healthy social life is found
When in the mirror of each human soul
The whole community is shaped,
And when in the community
Lives the strength of each human soul."

Third "epiphany" is "short and sweet": "The healthy social life" requires dialogue!
The trinity of this epiphany in summary: A healthy social life requires that each individual know the "human soul" of one another. This blog-writer have found tremendous understanding of the depth and breath of the human soul (that he can elaborate upon with current real life examples) by learning the Human Design of each individual within his social sphere. A healthy social life also requires that each individual dialogue with one another. (As he has stated a number of times in several of his blogs: "Communication is Life".) "A healthy social life" requires a quality (and a way[2]) of communication that allows shared understanding - "in the mirror of each human soul" so that "The whole community is shaped" and then "in the community ... the strength of each human soul" can live!

This blog-writer as asked for his point of view regarding the subject matter of a significant management decision. He reported that he had excluded himself from the "vote". He mentioned seeing a repeat performance and as such he wanted to identify the core issue. He referred to it as a systemic communication issue that originates with the initial agreement between management and the other party. Management has resistance to the idea that communication could be a "full time job".
However - our inner dialogue is full time! This "full time communication job" that's going on in our psyche is probably the lead factor in determining our wellness or dis-ease. The outer communications that we have with others is simply an extension of what is happening in our heads (and hopefully in our hearts as well[10]). It may appear to be more expedient, urgent, effective, etc. to remove an external subject from one's environment and yet if what's in the head is not cleared then should anyone be surprised when the outer environment attracts yet another mirror to the dis-ease that's within?
Nevertheless I do hear the need for "feeling safe". My chief prayer over the recent years for anyone whom I'm aware is in need of healing is to first offer them peace.
Later on was blessed with a sacred dyad devoted to what community is. It completely cleared my question!
Speaking of clearing - the Hoʻoponopono prayer/meditation[3]
has come back into my awareness very recently and an grateful to have watched a YouTube video interview with Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len.[4] I asked my dyad partner if they heard of Hoʻoponopono and to my amazement they said they were possibly going to attend a workshop on it this weekend! Is that serendipitous or what? Later I made note that this is about (at least in part) cleanly completing unconscious communications.

Omraam has a "Synoptic Table" of principals (i.e. Spirit: Divine Consciousness, Soul: Super-Consciousness, Intellect: Self-Consciousness, etc.) with corresponding goals (respectively i.e.: time, space, knowledge, etc.) that each have a particular kind of nourishment (respectively i.e freedom, selflessness, thoughts, etc.) with corresponding "prices" we pay for that nourishment (respectively i.e truth ecstacy, wisdom, etc.) that we can earn from certain activity (respectively i.e. identification with the creator, contemplation, meditation, etc.). I'm thinking the principal of Heart Consciousness is an appropriate one to focus on with my household as I think the goal/ideal of joy and happiness is one we can all relate to. If that's true then the activities required are Music, Song, Poetry and cultivating Harmony in right relation with the universe and all its creatures. Maybe this is how "The healthy social life is found".

March 11th - Knowing what to change:
"Human beings feel, instinctively, that they have to change things but their mistake lies in thinking that they have to change things on the outside whereas they should change things within themselves."
Changing things on the outside without changing within may be likened to only peeling the outer blemished skin of a rotting onion when all along it is rotten to the core.

Copied a fellow "gardener" on the "March 3rd" entry above. After sitting awhile I realized that I'd add a P.S. to my communication with the fellow gardener: "I would not proceed with your 'plan A' without a plan B ready to implement and I do not need to give a reason (to justify) my personal choices".

Inspired with the thought that: "we are members one of another".[6] My copy of the New Testament (Recovery Version) did not have a footnote on this. I searched online commentaries and discovered this gem:
"Truth is the first condition of the mutual confidence which is the basis of all unity."[7]
We are encouraged to speak truth to one another as we are members one of another. Withholds are less than the truth and consequently they have an impact on one another.

I'm realizing more deeply that my energy (Mars) is most at home in "community" (11th House) and especially that it "does best when it is happy and honored"![8]

About a month ago I introduced the idea of spectrums to my fellow gardeners. The inspiration cam from an article in the Communities magazine that our "garden manager" subscribes to. The article presented two spectrum charts one for individuals in groups and the other for "the community as a whole". I'm intending to become more familiar with these two.
Lauren (of "The Soaked Bean" blog wrote: "It’s my belief that most things in life can be found not within binary but somewhere along a spectrum, even things as seemingly simple as pickles."[9] I wholeheartedly agree! In fact, not only can we find this to be the case I'm convinced that it is essential to realize this is the case so that we can more readily accept the different placements along all the many spectrums of life!

Also: "The well-being of a community of people working together will be the greater, the less the individual claims for himself the proceeds of his work, i.e. the more of these proceeds he makes over to his fellow-workers, the more his own needs are satisfied, not out of his own work but out of the work done by others". - See more at: http://wn.rsarchive.org/Articles/FuSoLa_index.html#sthash.VAlvhXTO.dpuf
It goes on to say: "Every arrangement in a community that is contrary to this law will inevitably engender somewhere after a while distress and want. It is a fundamental law, which holds good for all social life with the same absoluteness and necessity as any law of nature within a particular field of natural causation. ... Anyone who really examines practical life will find that every community that exists or has ever existed anywhere has two sorts of arrangements, of which the one is in accordance with this law and the other contrary to it. ... He who labours for himself must gradually fall a victim to egoism. Only one who labours solely for the rest can gradually grow to be a worker without egoism. ...
But there is one thing needed to begin with. If any man works for another, he must find in this other man the reason for his work; and if anyone is to work for the community, he must perceive and feel the value, the nature and importance, of this community. He can only do this when the community is something quite different from a more or less indefinite summation of individual men. It must be informed by an actual spirit, in which each single one has his part. It must be such that each one says: ‘It is as it should be, and I will that it be so’. The community must have a spiritual mission, and each individual must have the will to contribute towards the fulfilling of this mission. All the vague abstract ideals of which people usually talk cannot present such a mission. If there be nothing but these, then one individual here or one group there will be working without any clear overview of what use there is in their work, except it being to the advantage of their families, or of those particular interests to which they happen to be attached. In every single member, down to the most solitary, this spirit of the community must be alive ..."
