DAY 2 Water Fast

this is day 2 of my water fast

Well this is day 2 of my water fast. My stomach was grumbling but I kept drinking water and it subsided.

weight day 1: 315
weight day 2: 310 a loss of 5 pounds.

But you have to remember that this is mostly water loss. Normally I lose 2 pounds per day, so the 5 pound head start is welcomed.

I am still hungry and trying not to think about it but in a couple of days the hunger will get better.
