Mucoid plaque - is it real?

Well, I've read up on "mucoid plaque" and I don't think I believe in it. I think it may be a scam, and what came out of me was just the psyllium fiber in a long rope.

On the other hand, the psylliuim is helping to end my bloating and water retention, so whether mucoid plaque is real or not, it's doing me some good. I need a good colon cleansing anyway, so whether it brings out parasites or not, it's worth it.
