Here comes the sun

Today I still feel a bit depressed, which is due to the fact that in a few days I will be turning the big 40. At 40 I was supposed to be 45 lbs lighter, fit, healthy and more self realized..None of that will happened. I am so disappointed with myself, instead I have gained weight and got myself sicker. All because of this habit of EATING.

This morning was cloudy..but not for long before the sun came out to play :) I did about 3 minutes today..I feel so calm, relaxed and happy, as if I have taken an antidepressant. The sun works like Magic. I wish everyday can be sunny.

I need to love and accept myself the way I am and that is a very big challenge.
