In recent weeks, I have had the opportunity to connect with the San Diego Leaders of the Integrative Medicine Movement.
January 23 was International Integrative Medicine Day.
I went to USCD, carrying a poster that I want to show.
I began the day with low energy, the same that I have been feeling for more than six weeks.
I know enough about natural medicines and their gifts to have prevented extremes of the Flu from expressing, but my energy is not strong. I have had various symptoms of colds--eliminations from the sinus, sore throat, and feelings of phlegm settling in the lungs.
In some sense, I have considered this experience as a gift. I am reminded of the work of one of my favorite MD's, Edward Bach, who has inspired my friends Richard Katz and Patricia Kaminski and their marvelous products called the Flower Essences.--FES.
I am increasing my personal use of Magenta Self-Healer and the YES--Yarrow Environmental Solutions Remedy.
In our own garden at home, I want to begin growing Yarrow, this wonderful plant that has so much to teach.
All these plants come from Seeds, though some of them proliferate through cuttings very well.
THIS MORNING IS FEBRUARY 5
