Scripps Integrative Holistic Nurses Conference April 27-28, 2013 has caught my eye
The Conference is at the Hilton San Diego Resort on Mission Bay, one of my favorite hotels in San Diego.

REPORT of TRANSFER FROM THREE WEST TO X RAY
OCTOBER 1975
University Hospital, Salt Lake City, Utah
At 0:8:30 am, Mr Buster Greene, x-ray Transporter, formerly of Polomoke, Maryland, arrived to take Mr Leslie Goldman to X-Ray. Seeking help to transfer Mr. Goldman from bed to gurney, MR Greene located Tina head nurse of Three West, who arrived wearing the orange sweater her mother made over a one piece white nurse's dress.
With the bed at full height, about five feet off the ground, Nurse Tina, in one fluid movement, artistry equal to a gymnast, and with the gracefullness of a ballet dancer, and skill self-confidence, and assertiveness of a knowledgeable and highly intelligent professional nurse, mounted the bed, straddled the gurney with the other leg, and with bent knees firmly planted in a posture totally her, effortlessly assisted Mr. Greene in an easy transfer across the bed to the stretcher.
In what would seem a maneuver requiring the managment of three or more attendants, Mr. Goldman was awed to witness and participate in this demonstration of appropriate power executed in harmony and cooperation with Tina's fi;; body capacity. Mr. Goldman, speechless, could only say,
Now I see why TIna is queen of the nurses!"
Mr Buster Greene, also in awe, summarized the episode, calling it "breathtaking" He was reported later to have said, "Tina was free like a woman can be!"
