sungazing progress enlightenment
Date: 1/24/2013 12:49:23 PM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 9583 times Today, I am re-watching videos by sunyogi Uma Shankar, and Genesis Sunfire, breatharians, sungazers. Very enlightened people. I'm still overweight at around 245 pounds, going to sungaze tonight at sunset if it is not cloudy. Looked up old emails and found that I've known about sungazing for at least six years, not sure why I haven't did the HRM (Hira Ratan Manek at solarhealing.com) protocol of 10 seconds per day, taking nine months to achieve 44 minutes of sungazing. Mostly because everybody I mention it to thinks it is bull-crap, which is understandable. But why not do it anyway? Still eating meat, dairy, eggs, but eating raw eggs from a farm 23 miles from where I live. Eating organic meat/ dairy/ eggs instead of factory farm stuff. But still eating factory farm fast food stuff rarely to understand how it affects the brain/ body (i.e. kills brainpower, makes you lethargic). Been growing out my hair to increase what I have thought for years as psychic antennae. At the ask barefoot forum, he has also mentioned that, not sure where he heard that however. Best dry-fast is still 43 hours, no food or water, feeling fine (a few years ago). Thinking that I should just do everything that I've always wanted to do such as getting up to 44 minutes of sungazing, just not mentioned it to anyone. Thought of the idea long ago when people ask if I want to eat, saw that I just ate or not hungry. Because experience shows that if you saw you are doing a water/juice/fruit/raw vegan diet, people tend to freak out or just think you are weird. Walking around in the winter, all people are not grounded wearing rubber soled shoes. However, for a long time, walking around town, just occasionally touching a metal fence post or metal sign to be grounded works to ground you, I have found. Also, started wearing a earthing/grounding bracelet while sleeping (earthing.com). Look up David Wolfe and earthing on youtube. Heard about a documentary called "Eat the Sun", check it out, only watched a 14 minute preview of it. Still reading a lot of the curezone forum of ask barefoot quite a bit, I believe he is very good. Eating goji/wolf berries and believe that they activate some dormant part of the brain, in me, increasing the amount of very interesting dreams (actually in the tomato family). I found a wild plant in the town I live in and have been eating them occasionally. Re-reading books by Leonard Orr about immortality and other very interesting subjects (http://www.rebirthingbreathwork.com/). Going to moongaze tonight, two days to full moon, according to various people, can heal many things, just like sunlight, but easier/safer for the average person scared of sunlight. Thinking that having breath mints (ie my favorite Newman's Own peppermint/wintergreen/cinnamon/ginger) is a superior way to achieve eating less food and feeling good. Also found some toothpicks infused with Tea Tree oil/cinnamon/canola/peppermint oil/spearmint oil/fennel oil/ made from renewable birch wood/ name brand of Thursday Plantation/ 100 per plastic mini box. Need to read a book that's been sitting around for quite a while called "Glimpses of Reality", and also books by Hilton Hotema (both fruitarians I believe). There have been people that have claimed to eat fruit only for decades. Learn all wild/edible/foraging skills from books/videos in your local town. Edgar Cayce is another great source of enlightenment.
Every day is a learning process, just try to progress ahead. Sometimes, it is best not to tell people what you are doing, that is my best advice to you.
