please pray for me if you can!
:-)
I am a blood type A, vegetarian diet is recommended on type A. The longest I have be vegetarian was five months this year (feb-aug). Before that, in 2005, I was veggie for 3 months of the year (one month mostly raw). This year, I did longer than last time, but now I feel like crap most of the time and have no energy. I have a friend that is a veggieman for the last year and a half or so, but he eats mostly cooked stuff with a lot of spices, and he is very big (260 lbs).
I weight 205 as of yesterday, and as of about a month ago, 23% bodyfat. I don't have a goal bodyweight or bodyfat percentage, as I think I should not weigh myself more than once a week, and maybe check bodyfat percentage once a month.
As Dr. John Ray Christopher said once, "After the bowel is cleaned, the body is able to normally assimilate the nutrients through the cell structures in the colon instead of being trapped in a maze of waste. Food is more readily assimilated, and a person can sustain himself on about one-third the quantity of his prior food consumption and have four or five times more power, vitality and life." My plan is to aim high:
*95% raw,
*mostly (90%+) fruit,
*including: hemp protein, coconut, goji/wolf berries, chocolate seeds, wheatgrass, edible weeds, kelp, schultze superfood plus, a few nuts,
*syrups - blackstrap molasses, maple syrup, sorgum molasses, locally produced honey,
*herbs for = eyes, colon/kidney/liver/parasite/other cleanses, psyllium/bentonite and schultze #2 intestinal formula,
*oil pulling/swishing,
*no soy, no corn syrup, no tap water,
*dry fasting, water fasting, juice fasting, maybe a master cleanse,
*burning a scented candle when I want to crappy foods,
*lifting weights, bodyweight exercises, yoga, exercising, plus hot/cold hyrdrotherapy/sauna/steam room sessions,
*sungazing,
*and to learn Quantum Touch,
Wish me luck, and if you like, join me in my fun quest to be a breatharian!
