Luther Burbank, in "The Training of the Human Plant" talks about how human and plant development unfold by the same principles. Today, Kid Development is more and more developing computer-like. We are experiencing the consequences in early child development out of sync with the beat of nature.

Let us find out together by engaging our youth again in natural activities such as planting ancient wheat and growing heirloom seeds.

I spend 2012 gathering some evidence.
We had about five or six outings with Kids thanks to support from our Sponsors, In some cases, we planted dreams with ancient grains. In others,
we ground ancient wheat into flour. In some cased we harvested the seeds and made breads. 2012 was a year of experimenting and exploring. 2013 will be a year of refining, defining, and putting these activities in an order to share our lessons that can be done with kids and teens.
