Hi, I looked over your website.
Glad to see you are striving for quality of Kosher as well as offering some organic.
Organic would mean the fed is Non-GMO? Is the feed Non GMO?
What quality of salt do you use?
Do you have a separate feed for the organic vs. the non organic chickens?
How do you keep the chickens separate?
We had a chicken for Shabbat.
It was very tasty.
I remember Empire from my youth.

INTRO
I have been having various flu and cold symptoms for near two weeks now.

HOW HEALTHY IS EMPIRE KOSHER CHICKEN
We had a lovely shabbat dinner here Friday.
My cold symptoms had been getting better, but then I ate this chicken and a lot of bread I want to check the quality of the chicken, and the bread. The chicken was said to be free roaming. We got the chicken from Ralph's I am studying the label. My guest also had a cold earlier in the week with a runny nose, but had taken a pharmaceutical to dry it up. He was not showing signs of a runny nose, but about 90 minutes after I ate, my symptoms worsened.
I am primarily on a organic diet. THe childen that I eat is all pasture fed...that means it runs in the field.

THE BREAD
The bread was delicious, and I ate more than I would usually. I generally eat only gluten free bread or KAMUT ® Brand Knorasan wheat.
What I ate gave me an intense runny noise. This is a new symptom.
Going to do some investigation now before, prepping one more assignment. Then HIllcrest FM for food for the week.
I am feeling headachy. I ate the chicken again last night. Clear that that is what is causing the headache.

THIS BOTHERS ME! KOSHER CAN BE GMO OR PESTICIDE RIDDEN
This is a dilemma that bothers me a lot. Kosher food is blessed by a Rabbi, but can be GMO, or pesiticide ridden. This is one of my trigger issues.
