Day 3 - I got a new camera Panasonic LX7

I'm not sure how I feel about my new camera. It's a panny LX7. I like it but I'm not feeling the head over heels love I was hoping for. The bokeh is not what I was hoping for. I did take some before pictures that show all my fat rolls ):

I was wanting to just eat already and taking these pictures helped me get refocused. Eating whatever I want is not going to get rid of these rolls. I've practically not been hungry at all. Which proves that I just eat to eat. That's not something I didnt know. I KNOW I eat to have something to do. I enjoy eating. It's my hobby. I should probably weight 3/4 hundread lbs. 

It's still going to be my hobby but I need to get things under control. I need to lose 20 lbs ... yesterday

Here are my goals:

Reach 170 lbs during this fast 1/6/2013


If I am not in mental or physical agony I'd like to extend my fast for 4 to 8 days 1/10-14/2013

To not break this fast by eating something ridiculous because the glee of it will be incredibly short lived.


To go walking and build up to a jog during this fast so I can maximize on trimming.

But to not over due it and have terribly chest pain from over extending my body.

To start something very similar to a raw diet after coming off the fast and keep it up for at least a month. (2/6-14/2013 GW 160 lbs)

To continue some kind of exercise at least TWICE a week.

If I do not want to continue the raw diet then make a slow transition into vege/pescetarian, which is basically what I am now, minus two or three foods.

To get rid of typical bread from my diet. Transition to almond or coconut breads (not raw, I know ... I love a sandwich though so I'm being practical!)

3/15 ~ 155 lbs

4/15 ~ 150 lbs

5/15 ~ 145 lbs

6/16 ~ 140 lbs .... this is my healthy weight goal.

I've been watching The Closer on amazon prime instant videos. I watched the first two episodes last night. Going to go watch a few more while I take some braids that are in my hair down. Going to cut and dye my hair for a new year, new look.

I've had no hunger pangs up until now, it's 4pm... apple here I come! nom nom
