Boy, have I got a "scary" drink for the FDA!
It includes these three foods! First I make own Kombucha Tea using organic green tea, Biodynamic sugar and mountain spring water. I usually let that ferment three weeks or longer (but lately I have been giving so much of it away that I'm lucky to have it go three weeks). Then I import raw cream (my favorite saturated fat source) and raw pineapple kefir that adds a deliciousness to the mix that I find most enjoyable! Finally I have goat milk whey as an excellent source of whey protein. I mix these ingredients together and add a super food green mix (plus a few other special ingredients) and walla! I've been living almost exclusively this thrice "scary" drink for quite a while now!
